Help and Guides sections for fourms :p

#1 to have a place where new players or any player to ahve a place to have a an outlook on problems or questions about in game or need help with a topic
#2 a place where people can make guides on anything from skilling to money making to voting :p

i feel like these would help out players and would be good for the server. would be great if they were added :p
